2nd Deadlift: 535lbs - I hit 500 on my opener. I got jacked up here. I didn’t even break the floor with 550 on my third. Soon.
3rd Bench - 275lbs - One day I’ll learn to bench.
Bench Opener - 255lbs - I hate bench. period.
3rd Squat: 420 lbs - easy - I took a huge jump after the the first one and still this one wasn’t so bad. I had 20-30 lbs.
2nd squat: 375lbs - (I had squatted it on the first attempt as well, but I got reds because I took a step before the rack command.)
I suck at updating this, but I do indeed lift. NC IPA Iron Challenge. 1230lb total. Videos incoming.

Aside from the three big lifts, I added the other two because I suck at them. Now get off the net and train.
510Lb deadlift. Not my prettiest lift, but given my energy today, I’ll take it.
